First commissioned in 2016, Coast v Country is a competitive house hunting format that sees our property expert presenters battle it out within the UK to find the most amazing coastal and country properties in a particular region.

Each episode features buyers with a dilemma about whether to live by the sea or in the countryside. We root out the very best properties, and take the buyers to the most beautiful locations in order to help them to resolve their dilemma. The competition is often fierce between these two opposing dreams - and only one side can win in the battle of Coast v Country!
