After having an international best selling comedy diet book, You Fat Slob, published at the age of 15 Antoine rose up the ranks at BBC Youth and Entertainment Features and Planet 24 producing shows like The Sunday Show, Gaytime TV, The Word and Dennis Peniss's Enormous Election. He founded Freeform with Ann Lavelle in 1999.

Antoine Palmer

After being a Greenham Common Woman and subsequently touring Britain as a stand-up comedian Ann started her TV career as a secretary at Thames Television before going on to produce ground breaking shows including The Word, The Big Breakfast, This Morning and The Sunday Show. She founded Freeform with Antoine Palmer in 1999.

Laura is a senior media executive; most recently at Channel Four overseeing their investment fund into high growth tv and digital businesses. Laura co-founded and ran the transatlantic production company Nutopia Ltd and prior to this held corporate and strategy roles at 20th Century Fox and RDF Television. Laura has a undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michelle brings to Freeform over 23 years of experience in the TV industry and has worked as SP and Executive Producer on some of Britain's most loved daytime and peak shows such as Escape to the Country, Great Continental Railway Journeys and The One Show. She joined Freeform as Executive Producer on A Place in the Sun and she now also heads up the development team as well as overseeing all of Freeform's One Show Vts, and all new commissions.

Linda came to Freeform in 2011 as the Production Manager for A Place in the Sun, and since then she has overseen the production and delivery of over 500 episodes. As Head of Production since 2016, Linda now oversees all of the budgets, schedules and logistics across Freeform's productions, managing a team of around 80 people both in the office in Chorleywood and on location overseas.

Siobhan is one of the most experienced daytime Series Producers in the UK. She has over 20 years of credits on shows such as Embarrassing Bodies, Lorraine and Loose Women, and is at the helm of A Place in the Sun delivering over 140 shows a year.

Sarah started her career as a BBC News Trainee, initially working as a broadcast journalist. After moving into popular factual TV, she developed and produced hit formats and series for all the main broadcasters, including primetime shows ‘DIY SOS’ (BBC1) ‘The Antiques Show’ (BBC2), ‘No Place Like Home’ (ITV), ‘Risking It All’ (C4) and ‘A Dream Home Abroad’ (C5). A long-time fan of 'A Place in the Sun', Sarah's thrilled to join the team to produce Series 17!

Katie is responsible for delivering high-quality publicity campaigns for Freeform, including A Place in the Sun, one of the longest-running daytime series on Channel 4.
